About Us

Here at Ashley’s House Life Skills and Learning Centre will provide provisions for autistic girls so we can make a profound difference in their well-being, self-confidence, and long-term success.

By acknowledging their unique needs and offering suitable support, we can cultivate an environment where individuals can flourish, forge meaningful relationships, develop resilience, and have confidence in themselves.

Our Ethos

Our ethos is to create a nurturing environment and a place of safety where programs and services are customised around individual needs where Life Skills form part of a framework that will give our autistic girls a sense of community, networks and lifelong friendships that they will cherish.

We will celebrate their milestones and achievements, ensuring that every girl will be made to feel and realise how truly special they are and encourage a culture of happiness, warmth and stability.

We want our parents to feel proud of Ashley’s House and the girls within it.

Our Vision

  • Ashley’s House vision is a world where individuals on the autism spectrum are empowered to thrive.
  • Our vision for Ashley’s House is to ensure that every girl has the correct level of support to enable them to develop and succeed in the best way they can.
  • We strive to make Ashley’s House a place where staff, governors, parents and local authorities to work together to ensure our girls are inspired to achieve in all areas of their life and that consistency is maintained to help achieve this.

Our Values

  • We are passionate and determined to develop our autistic girls for them to be able to make a difference, a footprint in their lives and the people around them.
  • ‘ You’ll Never Walk Alone ‘ summarises our values. And whilst this is the Liverpool theme song, there is so much more behind it.
  • We want our girls to hold their heads up, not be afraid of the dark and believe in themselves and their future and no matter what life throws at them, for them to know that they will have the support of our provision to guide them through life. And that they will never walk alone!
  • Our provision is not just a provision but a foundation for our girls and their families.
