Dipaley Patel

Dipaley is a Speech and Language Associate Practitioner with several years of experience. She has training in Speech Language assessments and works alongside Speech and Language Therapist. She holds a diploma in Sensory Processing Disorders Awareness and Advanced Autism Awareness. She is a licensed Early Years Interventionist and is also a qualified Play Therapist. 

Dipaley is also a proud mother to her beautiful young daughter who has a diagnosis of Autism. This enables her to relate very well to other parents. Her passion lies in helping children on the Autism spectrum. Dipaley also coaches and empowers
parents using her skills as a licensed early years interventionist. She believes that every child is a gift
and that no child should be left alone. Her goal is to enable children to reach their full potential.

 

She is very passionate in what she does and believes no parent or child should be left alone without help or guidance. 

Vidhi Pala
Board Of Trustees

Vidhi Pala, is in her final year of Computer Science undergraduate and she thoroughly enjoys helping others. Vidhi volunteers in several charity shops including, Scope, British Heart Foundation, ASHA and has a charity set up in her name to help provide food to those that struggle day to day in India.

Vidhi is extremely delighted to be a part of Ashley’s Trust as she believes this will allow young children to work on their social & interaction skills in an environment catered to their needs.

Heena Patel
Board Of Trustees

Heena is an enthusiastic, confident, and trustworthy Operations Manager with nearly 20 years of experience working within the London Insurance Market. Heena has played the lead role in the successful set up and management of diverse teams both on-shore and offshore.

Her experience includes: staff and process management; acting as the interface between the business and IT; the ability to influence; relationship management at all levels; and provide guidance and support. 

Heena is also an active member of Beazleys ‘Global Community Committee’ – a committee setup to work with local organisation, near and far, to deliver support to communities where they need it most.  She has also previously supported the Lloyds Community programme by running their reading & Numbers and writing school partnering programmes in Tower Hamlets on behalf of QBE. 

Ameet Patel
Board Of Trustees

Ameet Patel, father to beautiful daughter who is Autistic. Ameet is a Surveyor working for Stirling Ackroyd Surveyors, involved in Residential property surveying and Leasehold extensions. His goals are; working towards creating and building a specialist school for children who have Speech and Language difficulties and an environment where our unique children can thrive.

As a keen developer of business, he is also excited to encourage business growth within small community businesses as well as for the company he works for.

With 2 beautiful Pomeranian dogs he loves walking and playing with, nothing is an obstacle.

Kief Ho
Governor for Ashley's House

Kief Ho, is an experienced school senior leader, who also has a strong passion for inclusion. Kief has worked with children with a wide range of needs and he truly believes that educators’ highest priority is to celebrate individuals’ needs and remove learning barriers.

Kief is also a PhD student at Bucks New University, who guest lectures in the Education department. His research pertains to the Quality of Life of young people with special educational needs and disabilities, and his vision is to raise awareness and acceptance of special needs, globally.
