At Ashley’s House, we support young people to develop practical skills that can help prepare them for greater independence and future opportunities. Our employment-linked skills activities focus on building confidence, communication, teamwork, problem-solving and an understanding of the skills that can be useful in different working environments.
Through supportive, practical and meaningful experiences, we encourage each young person to recognise their strengths, explore their interests and develop skills at a pace that feels right for them.
